When looking through the lens, you can see small spots that look like either coating peeling or mold.
Judging from the sample images, there don't seem to be any particular problems.

This lens is mainly used in medical settings, such as for oral photography.
Because it is mostly used in medical facilities, it is a rare item on the market.
Also, many of the items in circulation are missing the strobe cable or don't even flash, but this item seems to be working properly.
Most people probably haven't used this before, but because the aperture value changes depending on the shooting magnification, aperture-priority AE is not effective, and you will need to shoot in shutter-priority or manual mode.
Specifically, the aperture is stopped down to f22 when the working distance is shortest, and it becomes f4 when the working distance is longest.

Of course, you don't necessarily have to use the strobe, so please use it according to your shooting environment and purpose.
